Dance through the Holidays (and Beyond) with Elaine! (Class 4 of 10)

Work and life challenges, current events, and the weather and holidays of the winter season can make it hard to find the time and energy to take care of ourselves. Yet, regular self-care practices help us to manage stress and to be more effective in our interactions with others.

Join Elaine Farr for a quick, 30-minute, feel-good workout on Wednesdays from 11:30 am to 12:00 noon EST. Classes begin November 29, 2023, and end February 7, 2024 (no class on December 27, 2023).

Elaine is an enthusiastic fitness instructor with over 20 years in the field. She teaches a variety of formats including Pilates, Step Aerobics, Muscle Conditioning, Total Body, Line Dance, Boot Camp, Stability Ball, and Kickboxing. She is certified in older adult fitness and personal training and offers modifications for participants based on their abilities.

This is an inclusive class that can be done seated or standing.
