The Center on Transition Innovation’s Career Planning Toolkit is approved as a stand-alone resource and is included in several professional development (PD) packages. This hangout will provide an overview of the toolkit. We will dive into some of the toolkit lessons and collaboratively explore how it can be incorporated into our work with Educational Organizations (EOs).
