TAP for Transition Hangout - Exploring Transition in the IEP: Transition in the Present Levels of Performance and Measurable Postsecondary Goals

Overview

This hangout will review two of the new Transition in the IEP professional development packages focused on specific transition components in the IEP. Trainers will provide an overview of the Transition in the Present Levels of Performance and Measurable Postsecondary Goals packages. Time will be dedicated to engaging with the culminating activity provided in each training. Participants will have opportunities to discuss, share, and ask questions related to content and delivery of the packages.
