TAP for Data Hangout: Using the Pathway for Change Tool

Overview

The Pathway for Change is a logic model template that helps teams align on the outcomes they want to achieve and then determine what resources and activities will help them achieve those outcomes. By participating in this hangout, participants will: understand the purpose of creating a Pathway for Change with Educational Organizations in Targeted Skills Groups (TSG); be able to explain the key components of the Pathway for Change and how to use the template; and share examples and strategies from their regional work.
