Overview
This webinar will spotlight two research-based resources that include key family engagement practices in transition planning. The Taxonomy for Transition Programming 2.0 and the Predictor Implementation School/District Self-Assessment (PISA) support quality transition planning, including critical family engagement strategies. We will discuss and explore how these resources can support family engagement work in Educational Organizations (EOs) and how specialists can apply them in their work.
