Overview

Dr. Catherine Fowler and Dr. Valerie Mazzotti from the National Technical Assistance Center on Transition: The Collaborative (NTACT:C) will join us to discuss the practical application of the Predictors of Post-School Success and the Predictor Implementation School/District Self-Assessment (PISA). The webinar will support Regional Partnership Center (RPC) and Family and Community Engagement (FACE) Center specialists in the implementation and application of research-based transition practices in their work with Educational Organizations (EOs). The connection between these research-based practices to applications in the K-12 setting, with real world implementation examples, will be highlighted.
