TAP for Data and Transition Hangout: Integrating Family and Community Engagement in Systems Work

Overview

As our Family and Community Engagement (FACE) Centers have increasingly taken on roles in carrying out Support Plan level work and systems goals related to this work, there is a need to bring increased clarity to how Regional Partnership Centers (RPCs) and FACE Centers can partner for integrated systems work and coaching of implementation teams. This hangout provides opportunity for RPCs and FACE Centers to reflect on their current collaboration and opportunities to strengthen collaboration in both development and ongoing implementation of support plan level work.
