New York is investing in apprenticeships as a viable career pathway leading to jobs in many occupations. There are ongoing efforts to expand apprenticeships and pre-apprenticeships, and it is important that people with disabilities are successfully included. Join faculty at the Yang-Tan Institute on Employment and Disability and Esta R. Bigler, Esq., for a conversation on disability-inclusive apprenticeship strategies.

Esta is the Director of Cornell University ILR’s Labor and Employment Law Program, Co-Chair of the Cannabis Workforce Initiative, and the current Chair of the New York State Apprenticeship Council.
