Overview

This session explores how to use the Family Engagement in Transition Planning Usable Innovation (UI) to strengthen systems change efforts in Educational Organizations (EOs). Participants will review what UIs are and why they are important, then review the core components of Family Engagement in Transition Planning and the research supporting it. Participants will then review the Family Engagement in Transition planning Fidelity Tool and consider next steps for using it in systems change work with EOs.
