Overview

Transition assessment is strengthened when educators partner with families to gather information. Families have valuable knowledge of their child’s strengths, preferences, interests, and needs and are integral to establishing a vision for their child’s future. In this hangout participants will explore resources and discuss strategies for engaging families in the transition assessment process.
