TAP for Data Hangout: Building Capacity- Using Capacity Assessment Results in Implementation Plans

Overview

In this session participants will increase knowledge of how to utilize the results of capacity assessments to build implementation plans with district, building, or program teams. Examples of implementation plans will be provided. Discussion will also cover how to incorporate progress monitoring of identified priority action items into team meetings and, if implementing TIPS, utilize the problem-solving process to address identified action items.
