TAP for Data Webinar: Coaching for Sustainability- Strengthening Team-Initiated Problem Solving (TIPS) Implementation in Schools
- May 1, 2026
- 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM EDT
Overview
Team-Initiated Problem Solving (TIPS) is a research-based model for team-driven, data-based decision making within Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). Sustainable implementation, however, requires more than high-quality initial training; it requires intentional planning across all stages of implementation, supported by ongoing coaching and strong systems. In this session, participants will examine the essential role of coaching in promoting implementation fidelity and long-term integration of TIPS. They will review practical coaching tools and resources designed to support their coaching of teams. Additionally, they will strengthen their understanding of how to collect and use fidelity data to guide continuous improvement efforts.
