Explore the resources contained in the SPP Indicator 13 TSG Materials Bundle and collaborate with colleagues on strategies for TSG implementation. This bundle provides the tools, resources, and guidance needed to effectively plan and facilitate both large group trainings and individualized district coaching sessions focused on secondary transition. Specialists will also have time to discuss resources and implementation strategies with colleagues, further strengthening their facilitation of the TSG.
