This webinar will bring regional Partnership specialists and ACCES-VR TAYS representatives together to strengthen collaboration and build shared understanding around transition planning, Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) referrals, and post-school outcomes. Participants will explore opportunities for collaboration, share regional examples of successful partnerships and practices, and connect in regional breakout sessions to identify next steps for working together.
