This webinar is the sixth and final in the Northeast ADA's ADA-101 series. Intended for those new to the Americans with Disabilities Act or for those wanting a basic refresher, this webinar will focus on title IV and V of the law. title IV addresses telecommunication access. title V contains a variety of provisions or concepts essential to the law such as prohibiting retaliation for filing an ADA complaint, the ADA’s relationship to other laws, attorney fees in ADA lawsuits, and more.
