TAP for Data Hangout: Support Planning Dialogue

Data TAP will offer a hangout out for SCFs and other Regional Level Team members who want to engage in a dialogue around creating and implementing effective, measurable support plans. TAP Data associates will share resources and tools that are available for use within the Partnership. The discussion will be facilitated by the TAP for Data, with participants bringing questions and sharing insights from their own work.
