Overview

Participants will learn to:

1. Relate ethical reasoning and decision-making frameworks to the functions and roles involved in providing employment related services. 2. Analyze case scenarios utilizing an ethical decision-making framework to facilitate decision making. 3. Develop reflection and critical analysis skills for situations when providing employment services involving ethical dilemmas.
