TAP for Transition Hangout: Transition Specialist Check-in: Utilizing the Lilly Case Study to Facilitate Learning

The Lilly Case Study is an approved resource for Educational Organizations (EOs) and families who are supporting students with significant disabilities through the transition planning process. It provides examples and non-examples with explanations of a transition-focused Individualized Education Program (IEP) for students with significant disabilities. This hangout will allow participants to consider and discuss various opportunities to incorporate the Lilly Case Study into their work as well as describe and share ideas for how to effectively use the Lilly Case Study.
