TAPs for Transition and Data Hangout: Supporting Schools in Improving Graduation and Dropout Rates for Students with Disabilities

Working with educational organizations (EOs) to improve graduation and dropout rates for students with disabilities can take a variety of forms and include specialists from across the Partnership to address the multiple factors that influence school completion.  This hangout will review State Performance Plan (SPP) Indicator 1 and 2 definitions, calculations, and graduation and dropout data sources. Participants will discuss steps to begin this work with an EO and the various professional development packages, tools, and resources available to them.
