Oregon VR Functional Limitations Series #1: Traumatic Brain Injury

Traumatic brain injuries (TBI) often involve cognitive, physical, and behavioral changes that may result in permanent, complex needs. Participants in this training will (1) identify common functional limitations resulting from TBI and how such challenges may impact service delivery and employment; (2) describe functional limitations and other complicating factors of TBI relative to eligibility requirements and plan development; (3) determine rehabilitation activities appropriate for individuals with TBI based on unique features of a case, evidence-based practices, and available resources.
